ATI Radeon X1950 Pro Vs. EVGA GeForce 7600 GS?

I dont know which one would be better. There are my PC specs

-1 gig RAM

-100GB Hard Drive

-2 Xeon Processors each @ 1.80GHz

-ATI Radeon 9200 Pro

-Windows XP SP3

The 1950 will have to be tuned down a bit to run on the AGP bus but is a faster card. you didnt say anything about memory on these cards, that is an important factor, anything less than 128 MB is a waste, 256 is the minimum I would want.
