1. You can do this way, but it's hard to do http://www.webthang.co.uk/Tuts/tuts_serv...

2. You have to upgrade to windows XP pro or other windows versions support IIS. The price for upgrade package is not so expensive, if you really want to use IIS, you should update.

3. You may also use Apache, another web server equivalent to ISS, it's freee. Visit http://www.apache.org/ you can download, have more information and how to configure it.

Go to add remove windows components, check IIS, put windows CD and install it
Visit Microsoft web site first and search for it. Sometimes you can get this kind of things for free (but don't count on it --you know, Billy didn't get rich by handing out software--). If this does not work, try searching for it somewhere else (like softpedia.com). And if none of this works, you'll have to upgrade to XP Pro or buy it anew! XP Home is no good if you are trying to get some real work done.
