ICS Sharing with 2 Windows ME Computers and 1 XP Computer?

I have one XP Pro computer upstairs and two windows ME computers downstairs on the other side of the house. The computers are connected as follows; XP, internet connection, linked with ME computer. The first ME computer has two network cards installed. One connects with the XP computer and the other connects with the second ME computer. I have gotten an internet connection on the first ME computer. My question is: how do I get an internet connection on the 2nd ME computer without buying a hub or any other equipment.

Open your network connections on the first ME machine and right click on one of the network card connections. Select bridge connections and choose your other network card.

Then make sure ICS is enabled on the first ME machine and on the second ME machine set it up for internet over your LAN connection and that should be it.
