1.Windows XP Home does everything that is needed in a cafe and it's cheaper, so better have it. Windows XP Professional is a bit more secure, but it hardly matters if you use proper anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall software in your computers.

2.Microsoft provides 'bundle key' for purposes like this. This means you can use a single key to activate all Windows computers in your cafe. The cost of the single key depends on how many computers you are going to activate (anyway, it costs less than what it would have had you purchased separate licenses). But take care that the key doesn't leak out, or Microsoft will block it immediately. I exactly don't know the website, but you may try searching in

3.See point 2.

i dont know how much it costs but the only way youre gonna get multiple keys is to get multiple licenses. pro's a lil better than home.
I would use Pro. More networking tools and more security features. Contact microsoft for multiple licenses and stay good with the end user agreements so they can't sue your behind off for "pirating" their software. As for prices, they may give you a bulk discount, but I don't work for them so I can't say.
by law you need the professional edition, as home is for home use only, and if you use a key multiple times, the key will be deactivated
XP pro is fine-did you think about Server 2003
