my friend gave me a copy of xp pro and it installed fine but i had to skip 2 files one of them was icfgnt.dll and now i'm not able to get on the internet or play WOW is there any way i can get this specific file to repair windows or do i have to find another copy that actually works?

If your windows if not legit, then it will be very hard to find that file. Unless some kind soul would contact you and copy their file and give it to you, but thats why you have friends. Ask them to search for the file on their computers and send it to you. Put it in the right Windows folder. If all else fails.....I'm sorry, but you are either going to have to get another copy of windows, or just reinstall it. v___v
A "copy" of Windows xp is piracy and illegal-Microsoft will not let you do anything online with it in your computer. Best bet is to go buy your own cd and register it online with Microsoft.
